Really low pay, very poor commission structure. You could max out 6 months in and have zero incentive to push. It is paid out once yearly, 3 months into the next year. If you leave a day before the date, you forfeit the past years commission. Old school in every way, old technology stack, old boys network, pay was good in 1974. I was a top 1% sales person for this company and had zero hope of clearing 100k in earnings on a book of 19mil in revenue. Zero point.

Great starter job out of college. 6 month training program, company truck with gas card. Leads are provided. Bonus is based upon economy and picking the right account.
