Current Employee3.4May 21, 2024My overall experience was great because we operated similarly to a car dealership where we had a quota to schedule/close appointments. We would make commission based off of whether or not we closed. After a year of my employment they changed their commission structure to not providing any at all and instead raising the base a small amount.
