Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Commission structure was great. Product fit and market opportunities are weak - lots of transactional relationships with clients that have unreasonable expectations. Company has been mismanaged for years; PE-owned with unrealistic expectations, especially in a post-covid economy. I respected and enjoyed working for both of my bosses at Orion, but executive-level strategy and expectations were misaligned.
