The Sales team used to be strong but too much of leaderships focus and resources over last couple of years have been directed towards building full reseller partnerships with some of our largest partners given them power to sell. This along with the marketing team and partner team not meeting their goals to drive leads has drastically taken away opportunities and power from the Sales team. The SDR team is also a shell of what they used to be leading AE's to be more full cycle sales. "OTE" is not realistic and only about 25% of reps are set to reach 100% quota this year with the majority of reps being below 65% of quota. Browse Other Reviews
