Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Executive Leadership Team, at best, are grossly incompetent and at worst, nothing short of deliberate in their destructive behavior of what was a great company. Many longtime (5-10 years) director-level and key-contributor employees within sales, operations, engineering, and back-office/admin functions have left the company in the past 12 months. These people were with the company through strong growth years where product development, marketing, and go-to-market strategies were at their highest. The ELT quickly dismissed this group of people's input.
Career development is non-existent. Career advancement has occurred through abnormal attrition. HR leadership is unsurprisingly poor, lacking any empathy or compassion for the company's workforce.
Salaries and bonuses were stalled or held throughout 2020-2022.
