Is the progression from SDR to AE challenging at OfferUp?

Does it exist?  I only know of one SDR that made the transition.  The reality is that at OU there is no viable product, low morale on the sales floor,  below average management and a poor reputation in the market.  Being an SDR is challenging and rewarding unless you do it at OU where it is likely just be challenging.

OfferUp is one of the best sales orgs that I have had the pleasure of working with.

Why? I'll tell you from my perspective since I left the company. 
-Their SFDC instance is the MOST organized I've seen, and I've removed two companies since November 2022. 
-Everyone brags about collaboration and teamwork. It's VERY real here. If you aren't this, you won't be there long. 
-I have witnessed an SDR ascend to the AE position, and that individual embodied the operating principles and DNA. Today, he's still there and performing, which is unsurprising. 
-Leadership that cares. Although I'm no longer at OfferUp, those same leaders are willing to help and extend themselves even today. This is the same experience I had the pleasure of receiving as a teammate. 
-Go and get that SDR spot, bust your hump, and be a team player. Ravenously be open to learning and go after that AE title. It will be worth it years down the line.
