Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I worked at Nuvia as a Lead ISR with high hopes for growth, but those were quickly crushed. The environment is extremely toxic, and the leadership is both incompetent and uncaring. The CEO and upper management have no respect for their employees, often speaking poorly about ISR's behind closed doors (as quoted from Regional Managers and others that know them in their personal lives). The Sales Director offers no support for his team, while the micromanagement from both the Director and CEO is suffocating. Fear-based management is the norm. The culture is nonexistent and toxic.
The constant fear and negativity are unbearable. New hires are given the worst leads possible, and are expected to perform at the same level as veterans or they will be at risk of being put on a PIP and quickly fired. This is not a place that values its employees or fosters a healthy work environment.
