However, I did find that the company's structure presented some challenges. As a Recruitment Consultant, I was responsible for finding and converting my own leads, which meant I had to be incredibly self-motivated and proactive.
While it was tough at times, I found the role to be really rewarding. There's nothing quite like the feeling of closing a deal and knowing that you've made a real difference for your clients.
