Great company to work at. Leadership is excellent but really needs to modernize and differentiate in a crowded space. They also need to pay attention more to company culture and employee engagement. They really miss the mark here. Potential and upside, however, is tremendous!

Great organization in the IT services space for sales reps

Company was more concerned with EBITDA and financials then they were keeping, retaining and acquiring enough people on staff to deploy and maintain client agreements. As a salesperson, I don’t want frustrated clients after I make a promise to them.
