The place was alright to use it as an SDR experience role to step into better roles but definitely not suited for the longer run, maybe for white people but specially not for a person of colour, especially woman— They just ignore talent, I’m not sure if the same sales director is still there but if he is they’re not super inclusive. The SDR team however is really nice and welcoming— not the leadership.

Good spot for entry level, to gain some experience. Other than that not much going on- bigger company, so you will get a chance to meet cool people and possibly move up to AE. But that is not something I would count on, unless you get lucky, and are a top performer.
