It's a very siloed company. Marketing seems to have a different agenda than sales. Inbound leads are virutally non-existent and prospects have rarely ever heard of the company, but all have heard of the competition which is priced less than half of MoxiWork's products.

The mid-market team has been a thing for two years now and no rep has every even come close to hitting quota.

They brought in a sales team that they put everything on to figure out. There is minimal marketing support and until recently client support was abysmal. If you like boiler room jobs guise as a saas sales job this company is for you.
