Company will change the ICP that it's going for on a moments notice, which results in reps barley being able to hit quote as the company doesn't understand the market it is selling in. The reps that start doing well are slowed down because management has decided that these current opportunities aren't valuable enough to justify paying SDR. They preach "creativity" and "freedom" in how you handle being an SDR, but then force you to use their broken methodologies of selling. Management has been there for 10-15 years and doesn't have knowledge of most up to date tools and processes. They aren't utilizing the tech stack how it is, and it hasn't been configured correctly to easily filter thru leads. Never worked at a company where someone will schedule a meeting and then hear negative feedback from managers about scheduling a meeting. Once they change the ICP they are currently chasing, any reps that aren't able to instantly adapt will of course not hit quota and will be let go. This organization is not setup for success.
