Management has failed to add new products and/or acquire competitive/similar technology. Capital pipeline is old, new technology is years out.

Solid company. Current market forces creating headwinds in some product groups. Company has been aggressive around DEI, and they are a great place to interview with if you are female and or black, Asian, Latino, etc. Openly preferential to these groups in HR.
