My overall experience was great in terms of incentive despite a not so competitive base salary. The company has great leadership and mentorship so you can have great support from managers. The product portfolio is strong and has a good appreciation by clients. This help in achieving quota. There’s a little issue with introducing new technology but in the future there is a vision that focus on research and development.
