My overall experience with the company was poor. The amount of change and lack of leadership above my own role was lack luster for a 20 year old start up. The product was amazing and had the potential to be ground breaking the only thing holding it back was the companies CEO and CTO not believing in roadmaps to get new product out. The CEO has been through as many EAs as I had been through VPs of sales and a CRO and CFO. In a year and a half. The culture with the company is fragmented and broken but leaderships blind eye to how they treat there sales people with lower then average pay and no real advancement opportunities. The only people who managed to get themselves a promotion threatened to leave, and were given positions they were unqualified for. The CEO believes in finding a right fit for everyone at his company but would rather fire you then find that fit he also doesn’t have the foresight to hire correctly, placing unqualified people into higher ranking management positions.
