Their Sales Leadership was adjusting to newly being acquired in the California market. As such, people were being moved around in positions in ops leadership. This pivotal change removed smooth deal flow for the whole state of California, thus putting a major halt on sales for the whole state. By the end of it, the company decided to completely pull their efforts on continuing to grow and develop the California division.

This job is a 100% commission based role but on average you’re gonna make $2500-$3000 a deal. The challenge you’ll find is that the sales cycle takes a long time and you don’t get paid until the deal is installed which is 3 months down the line.
