My experience at LogicManager was awful. The people in power are extremely paranoid and micro-managing. In the last year, we have lost every single member of the leadership/executive team, leaving only the CEO and his wife with no oversight. They make it impossible to close deals with refusals to redline MSA's, a belief that no prospect cares about budget, and the bottlenecking they create.

Average base compensation, low variable. Non existent DEI. Product market fit used to be good, but is no longer what it was with customers looking elsewhere due to sudden large price increases and also a product that is prone to bugs.
