It should be noted for anyone looking to join, that in 2023 only 1 sales rep made quota out of 30 plus. That mid market and enterprise sales.

The change management has been handled poorly and the training is lacking for new procedures and expectations aren’t clearly defined. The compensation is higher than market and fantastic. The unlimited PTO is genuine. The rapid growth has meant a more top down pressure that is affecting morale.
