Benefits are ok. Toxic/bully culture don’t do yearly reviews at all so barely anyone in sales gets wage increases for exceeding targets. Management has poor sales strategy and expect staff to compensate. Inefficient process. Micromanagers. No career path for growth and poor training

Overall good company. The team consists of mostly great people, but there is some favoritism especially with lead allocation.
