I joined Korn Ferry via an acquisition and the organization showed little regard for the senior performers at the legacy acquisition they bought. It's a age old story of companies buying an organization and then discounting the talent capital that join their business but in this instance they did themselves a disservice as well as the existing client base.

KF Digital division is an after thought for the leadership of this firm where 85% of the revenue come from Exec Search, other job placement businesses, and Organizational Consulting. Once you realize Korn Ferry is a company with no vision or intent to invest in you or your customer service, or even one that cares about its people, you can be fairly successful by being equally selfish.
