The problem stems from the Director level and above - desire to delegate blame for underperforming is high. Desire to place blame on others without work assist or lead market teams is also high.
Directors, senior VPs and everyone above region management rarely contributes or assists local teams to achieve goals. Even when capital sales in many regions are now driven by the executive level relationships between companies and individuals.
