The management style is highly micromanaged, with little trust given to employees. Success is largely dependent on luck—your book of business determines your performance more than your actual effort or skill. There’s little transparency or fairness in account distribution, making it frustrating to succeed. If you're looking for a role with strong leadership and a clear growth path, this may not be the best place.
