Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Alchemy has a solid LMS to offer with great safety and training content for the food industry. The way to deliver the training content to employees in a manufacturing environment is also great as it promotes engagement during important training courses.
After Alchemy was acquired by Intertek, it seemed the understanding of Alchemy's customers were misunderstood. Where Intertek clients require testing certification to deliver products to the consumer, Alchemy clients (if needed) could develop and deliver their own food safety and employee safety training themselves, albeit more time-consuming and possibly more costly. This led to mishandling of the sales team during COVID. One person in 2020 met their quota, yet all quotas were increased to the same mark for 2021, regardless of territory or industry focus.
COVID left a lot of organizations reeling and grasping at straws, things could very well be different now withing the Alchemy branch of Intertek.
