My time at Inspirato was short due to the company over hiring and not providing a realistic yearly company financial growth plan. Their projected yearly earnings for 2022 were a joke and their employees told them that. We were expected to sell to prospects even if they were financially struggling. It’s a grind. Yes, you’ll have leads coming in but the amount of outreach -cold calling and email becomes aggressive. Company went downhill post IPO
