Former Employee Very unstable leadership. Went through three sales heads (1 was the CEO playing. Dual role, now it's the Marketing guy playing a dual role) and 4 different org structures. Poor delivery experience is drying up work from existing accounts and that makes it harder to grow. Expectations are to grow an existing account by 100-200%.
