Best VTE products in the market, market very saturated at this point though. Not a ton of opportunity to open brand new accounts. Culture and leadership are the worse I’ve ever come across. Zero transparency and accountability for “leadership.” No real professional development opportunities. Work-life balance is poor and you are on-call for this job. Good warning potential but may not be worth it for many

Docs enjoyed using the devices for the most part. Complex cases made it difficult to always get a great result. Leadership made our jobs harder than it should’ve been. Lots of micro management but it depended who you reported to. Did not like it as a long term option.
