Overall InCharge is a decent growing company with some potential in the future to find it’s niche in the EV industry. However, training is not a priority and you will need to adapt to a sink or swim attitude which is not for everyone. Pros: Base comp is decent Unlimited PTO Upcoming solutions line is promising Cons: No training Turbulent industry Some solutions are not easy to differentiate from competition.
