Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Lot of ups and downs with The HOTH - very minimal training to start and things have been up and down with new management new leadership etc. over the last year. Commission structure has changed multiple times in the last year, but a lot of freedom to work sales how you want with pretty solid inbound opportunities - really no cold calling or green sourcing required, though it is encouraged.
