I hate to say this but you’re sold a dream and delivered a nightmare. Great salary/OTE above standard, great benefits, lots of stipends, and some of the smartest people I’ve ever worked with. A lot of potential but missed the mark. Huge emphasis on transparency & culture in the beginning then the toxicity rolls in and several lay offs. Do your research before accepting your offer!

Great until the RIF's. Design team started running the product side, then took over rev aswell as company downsized.
