I hate to say this but you’re sold a dream and delivered a nightmare. Great salary/OTE above standard, great benefits, lots of stipends, and some of the smartest people I’ve ever worked with. A lot of potential but missed the mark. Huge emphasis on transparency & culture in the beginning then the toxicity rolls in and several lay offs. Do your research before accepting your offer!

Hologram has a great company culture and is remote-friendly. Compensation is good if you're a top sales producer. Highly recommended!
