The company has a good product and is the market leader but it’s essentially a catty environment where most coworkers can’t be trusted. Leadership has lost touch and they need to get back to the basics when it comes to managing people

Hologic has gone through many iterations of leadership in the last 15 years. There were moments that it seemed like the best place in the world to work. Though I left several years ago, it seems like the culture has suffered since my time there. That said, I had a great experience, learned a ton, and have no regrets about my time there.

My overall experience was good but I left due to the downfall in company culture and the poor acquisitions that they force reps to sell in order to make a living.

Great products and some great colleagues. High turnover in upper management was frustrating and little training is offered. Sink or swim but the products are really great.
