Could/should be a great place to work, but this is a classic case of leadership not knowing what to do and how to manage expectations. Fear-driven culture by CRO/leadership often puts people in a tough spot to succeed, which has led to some crazy turnover (reps and leadership included).

Good startup. Currently still friends with my old manager to this day. You'll be able to sell to SMB's/Mid-Market/ENT as there isn't much restriction on who you can sell to here. However there isn't much training/professional development which is why most less-tenured reps weren't hitting their numbers.
