Sales leadership is less than desirable, top down. Micromanagement is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Local teams are solid, product is awesome, but leadership doesn’t care. Many people across DSM, CT apps, and IM roles have paper on the street.

My overall experience was decent—lots of infighting and a massive lack of diversity. The product is top-notch, and as an account manager, I worked mostly on my own, which was a huge plus. The technology is ahead of its time, so the health systems are scrambling to adjust, which is a good sign for the company's future.
