Communication around expectations and metrics is constantly changing month over month, commission is barely there anymore, there are no annual reviews with base increases for cost of living or merit.
Constantly leading with fear by placing employees on PIP with no communication or process. However, once PIP is met - there a process to have it removed.
All in, this company used to be great to be part of and now it’s a constant cycle of fear, abuse and anxiety. Browse Other Reviews
