My overall experience was ok, they helped get started really quick. Supported me during my start and along the way. Could not find them really flexible changing my accounts when my the market indicated to change my accounts. Culture was good, feedback too.

People culture was great, management is having difficulty keeping up with the times, constant PIPs thrown around and top billers are lost.
