Lots of travel, miles put on your car without reimbursement, and empty handed days . No base salary so must be comfortable working all commission.
Could work on individual training for reps. The team is helpful but manager has too many responsibilities to answer promptly when you have a question. It’s not a reflection on my manager in this case, more so that he was spread thin with how much responsibility he had. Easy solution: hire more people for support in management roles.
