Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The company used to be a great place where you could make money and had support. Senior management changed, marketing became nonexistent and inbound leads dried up. Had to focus on outbound but meeting wouldn’t get qualified since the prospect wouldn’t close within 90 days despite the sales cycle being 12 to 18 months. Randomly changed the compensation that screwed the team out of 25% of income. Got rid of SDR leadership path and only hire and recruit AEs in America, so no opportunity to grow. Also capped salary and have floating monthly targets meaning if you are successful one month, the following month you will get a target increase and no adjustments for vacation or holidays. Basically creates a culture of just doing enough.
