GoGuardian has a few great products that can have a real impact on its users within the K-12 market. The SMB business has the most success for the company and a role in that tier would likely have a different experience than my own in the Enterprise segment. The biggest detriment to my time with the company was the lack of experienced leaders trying to navigate leading a high growth company. Layoffs were a constant theme for 2 years while I was there and decisions seemed to be made based on personal relationships rather than successes and goal attainment.

Came in when business was soaring due to COVID. Business took a huge hit when schools pivoted back to in-school learning. My assumption is that business leaders thought the revenue generated during remote learning would be sustainable going forward.
