Former Employee My overall experience was mediocre. It started off great while my division operated as a branch, independent of the larger corporation. Then they a never of personnel and systems which lost eliminated the culture and made everything feel stale. Individual contributions felt less important and simply adherent to company policy felt like a chore. Multiple rounds of layoffs quickly followed and no one felt safe or appreciated. Majority of employees stayed on because they offered a retention bonus, but none felt like the company cared about their success. Little to no training was offered and the compensation plan changed 3 times within 12 months. Overall they had a good fit in the market but little to no support for their employees.
