Unreachable expectations, no training, capped commissions until Q4 (so if you hit 150% in Q1, you better hope you hit 100% for the rest of the year and reach annual territory goals or you won’t see it). Poor communication amongst upper management. The salespeople below the directorship are a revolving door but the top stays the same?
