While the training was impressive, once I actually got into the role everything went downhill. I didn't have a list of prospects. I was told to just go to local restaurants and shops that I frequent, they should know me. When I did finally get people who were interested in speaking to me about our products, I would bring my boss with me who would destroy the deal, because he was so out of touch with the technology. Any chance of any deals I had with new prospects, he destroyed but I needed him because I still didn't understand the math behind this sales process. There was no base salary. When I asked why there was no base salary, I was told if I believed I was a good enough sales rep, I shouldn't need a base salary. I worked there for 6 months and made a total of $1200. The company sounds great but unless you already have a book of business you can bring over, this is not a good job for you. Browse Other Reviews
