Current Employee Company went through an acquisition last year and it's been fairly rocky every since. There have been at least 4 major layoffs and trickle of 10-12 layoffs once a quarter. And you don't realize people have been laid off until they don't show up to a meeting. The culture is toxic, to say the least. No one trusts that their jobs will be safe from week to week which is not conducive to a great work environment. I would NOT recommend going to work here unless you are in desperate need of a job to get you by until a real opportunity presents itself. Advice to senior leadership. Don't lay people off and then post their job a week later for 30% more in pay. It's a really bad look.
