Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Despite having a superior product compared to the competition, Gaumard Scientific falls short in just about every other category in terms of Sales Team support. Rep morale (as of 2022) was extremely low, the family who owns the company are not aware of the team dynamic issues due to the VP (Who has zero sales background) acting as a gatekeeper & mouthpiece for the Sales Team. Additionally, there’s no dedicated CRM, no dedicated marketing team, no inside sales, no BDR’s, and no interest for SEO from upper management.
