Initially very good. The company is changing GTM and is struggling to find its identity. Hyper focus on documentation in CRM. Multiple directions given without prioritization. Good product but stagnant in innovation but raised prices without additional features/functionality being added. You can do well as an AE as marketing does provide solid leads there.

Great culture. Decent compensation. Excellent product market fit, although you must think creatively to close some deals and must be proficient with the product. Leadership makes regular changes and isn't transparent about why doing so.
