Leadership consistently sets unrealistic revenue goals and sets the team up for underperformance and achievement. New sales inventive program under new ownership (Signify) caps earnings and reduces variable comp, but base comp has increased. Good benefits (401-k match, healtcare, HSA, parental leave, etc.)
