Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall through my tenure there, the company had its ups and downs. Highest compensation was some of the worst leadership times. Some of the best leadership meant lower comp but better culture. When I left, the new merged business aspire was running the business into the ground with a terrible sales leader who refused to see outside of his horse blinders. He was erratic and uncalculated with his changes and refused to be a team player except for a few elite managers. A majority of the reps were forced to go full cycle with a quota increase, essentially being left on an island. The sales management team got cleaned out whenever I was leaving, save for a handful of SDR managers. The product is a strong market fit but there is little advocacy for this logo as a brand anymore. ServiceTitan management was fantastic, but there is a serious disconnect between the Aspire and Fieldroutes alignment. Browse Other Reviews
