My overall experience with Ezoic has been extremely positive. There's a great culture and group of people there, willing to listen to feedback and improve the company.

Ezoic is not competitive compared to other platforms like Mediavine and Adthrive. Senior management also made some severe changes to comp in the last year. The percent of reps hitting target is less than 15% and there is no room for growth.

My overall experience was not great, but it builds work ethic. Although you're not compensated for it the majority of the time.

Churn and burn (from when I was there). Real coaching was non existent.
