Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My experience at everyware has been a good starting point. It was my first real corporate job. The office life was fun at first with many happy hours and employee lunches and promises of big bonuses only to find out the product market fit was not what we thought it was, and selling to even those who needed us most was extremely difficult. There was no lead flow, and no focus from leadership. Also no communication between departments such as dev, product and sales. Everyone feels like they are on an island. Overall good learning experience but lots of work to do.
