Back to ReviewsFormer Employee There are some great people at this company in every department and I made some good friends along the way. There were some moments of greatness especially with how they dealt with the beginnings of Covid. However, they did not handle the sales “SnapBack” that resulted as Covid ended well at all. They pointed fingers for the company’s poor performance by blaming the entire sales team and calling them lazy on a company wide call. There is a horrible condescending bullying culture at this company where people are afraid to speak up about anything and if you step on the wrong person’s toes you are done. Overall this is a bad company to work for that does not value talent or new ideas and just wants “yes-men” who will follow the rules and micromanage their teams exactly the way they want.
