The company goes through changes almost weekly, introducing new processes as they are trying to scale. The inbound flow is very low in some territories and just low in others, and the outbound process has not been proven. Inconsistent messaging from leadership is difficult to understand how the team and individuals are doing.

Toxic GTM leadership, sales being the worst. Lots of micromanagement, they will read your emails without your knowledge, and have very unrealistic targets. Do not provide constructive feedback - “call them again” doesn’t always work.
