Good products, bad inventory management. It is very difficult to get the needed sets. Company is very stingy about getting new sets in the field. It makes it very hard to grow business without the necessary equipment.

Commission percentage is based on the discretion of management, not on how much money you bring to the company. The culture is incredibly political with a too big to fail attitude.
